A COPE Christmas Fundraiser
An evening of wine and sweets; a divine pairing

at the Saint Marianne Museum, 601 N. Townsend St., Syracuse, NY 13203
The annual Christmas celebration and fundraiser will offer wine samples paired with decadent desserts.
All donations received will go toward supporting the Saint Marianne Cope museum and its programming.
Just as Marianne served all people, especially those in need of care, we are developing programming for caregivers that will benefit not only those receiving care but those giving it as well.
Our curriculum will not only provide desperately needed support and resources to people who care for those in need but will allow us to serve those who rely on the museum for prayers, research and tour opportunities.
Our Empathy in Action series of workshops and presentations is developed for in-home and professional caregivers. We teach communication skills, compassionate empathy and practices that enable people to take charge of their healthcare emotionally and spiritually as well as physically. We are empowering compassionate and knowledgeable caregivers and patient advocates. Just as the Sisters have done since the 1860s, we work to bring peace to patients for all phases of life’s journey. - Ornaments for our tree will hold your prayer request or message in honor of a loved one.
Include a personalized ornament for our stunning Cope Christmas tree that will grace the reliquary gallery. This year, not only will you be able to share in prayer at the tree lighting, but we are offering a more personalized experience by having an ornament with your prayer request or message in honor of your loved one adorn the tree. We can create your ornament for you with your note, or you can come into the museum after November 12th to create your own.

We will be self-publishing these historical journals enhanced with photographs, commentary and excerpts included from the National Women’s Hall of Fame, Kate and Mary Mahoney and an introduction from
Sister Mary Laurence Hanley. Giving opportunities start at $25. With a $100 donation, you will receive a coupon redeemable for a first edition copy including added bonus features.
Admission for this special event is $50
Tickets are available to purchase online or at the event. Your ticket price includes sample sipping and tasting from several wine and dessert pairing stations plus a glass of wine of your choice and snacks from a charcuterie display.
